The following are representative of the services we provide:

Managed the intellectual property of a client through periodic (quarterly) meetings with management; advised as to payment of maintenance fees, etc. Identified possible inventions, cleared new products from concerns about infringement, protected inventions worldwide, and litigated in the US to enforce rights.

Litigated in California and Denver the infringement of trademarks and misappropriation of domain names.

Worked with independent inventor to patent invention; assisted in negotiating sale of invention to larger manufacturing company.
