Barry A. Winkler
Barry received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron
School of Law in 2008, and his Bachelor of Science degree in
Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron in 1996.
Barry has over four years of experience in patent and trademark
prosecution. Barry's practice focuses on patent prosecution,
including appeals, in the mechanical and related arts. Prior to
practicing law, Barry worked in the automotive industry and in the
information technology field.
