Brad Hough

Brad Hough focuses his practice on intellectual property, helping clients with patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and internet law issues. Brad has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including rubber compounding, manufacturing, petrochemical, electrical devices, and software.

​

Brad has vast experience drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications and drafting freedom to operate and infringement opinions. He has helped clients to file copyrights and develop licensing contracts. He has also advised startup companies on trade secret and other intellectual property issues. Additionally, he has experience litigating to defend his client’s intellectual property rights.

​

Prior to practicing law, Brad worked in both research & development and manufacturing at chemical companies in Northeast Ohio.
